TBI specializes in group travel and promotes directly to pre-formed groups and they offer NET, WHOLESALE TOUR FARES to all their customers. They realize each group has special needs. To service your group properly, these rates may be adjusted to meet your required complimentary tour policies and commissions.
TBI provides one free trip for 31 paying passengers, and two free trips for 40 paying passengers (based on double occupancy) on most of our tours. Africa, Australia and cruises require fewer passengers.
TBI has the knowledge and expertise to offer tours to almost any destination in the world.
TBI will develop attractive sales brochures which promote your organization, not theirs. It is their responsibility to endorse your club and to have your customers return to you for their future travel needs.
TBI will send one of its experienced staff to your location to promote your tour with a customized media presentation that highlights the tour attractions, transportation and accommodations. Rest assured they will do everything possible to make your tour a success.
TBI will host a pre-departure meeting with your group approximately 30 to 60 days prior to departure and provide all participants with a document holder, brochures, final itineraries, baggage tag and all other pertinent information regarding the trip.
TBI offers trip cancellation/interruption insurance, health, travel, accident, medical transport and travel assistance benefits. These benefits are of significant value when traveling outside the United States.
TBI will include a professional tour manager to assure a fun-filled, carefree trip and who will work with you.
TBI is a member in good standing with the National Tour Association (NTA).
TBI will provide you with references of other Group Travel Directors who have experienced our destinations and services upon request.
TBI is an Ohio Registered Tour Promoter (ORTP #0079) and is required under Ohio law to have a $50,000 irrevocable Letter of Credit with a bank making the State of Ohio beneficiary to protect the deposits of the consumer.
TBI has in force a $1,000,000 Travel Agents Professional Liability Policy underwritten by American Home Assurance Company which protects you and your group. |
